Incorporating St George's, St Chad's and St Cecilia's churches

It is a year since the St Chad’s Women’s Ministry was started and there will be a meeting on Saturday 28th January to look back at the year and forward to what could happen in the future. The meeting will involve time for worship discussion and a light lunch. Everyone is very welcome.
From 11 till 1pm at St Chad’s.

The Alpha course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith. It’s relaxed, low key, friendly and fun. It’s a place where people can come and ask questions, delve into issues and look for answers together.
The course is for anyone but especially people new to the church or people who are investigating the Christian faith.
The course is running on Thursdays from 10.30-12 at St Chad’s church. Just turn up or contact Oli 07870270514/olidpennant@gmail.com to register or find out more.

Transform is moving…
Fridays mornings once a month at St George’s from 9-12
Come and relax pray and meet with God (you can also grab a coffee from the St George’s coffee shop).

We are taking a break from Home groups over the next month or so. Those involved in leading home groups will be meeting together to learn and grow as leaders.
Lent starts on the 22nd of February when homegroups will be getting together again (we’ll let you know what we will be doing for Lent 2012 over the next few weeks).
If you are involved with a home group then why not use this time to meet up with friends from your home group or those you don’t normally have time to hang out with.

The toddler groups are fun times for pre school children and their parents or carers to relax and get to know others. With activities songs games outings and much more. The groups run during school term times and everyone is very welcome to come along.
Tuesday mornings from 10am at St George’s Annexe
Friday mornings from 10am at St Chad’s Church

Come and join us for tea coffee cappucino or teacakes and always a warm welcome on Fridays between 10 and 12.
at St George’s church Annexe
Welcome to the Parish of St George’s Kidderminster, a group of three Anglican churches: St George’s, St Chad’s, and St Cecilias (the clergy of this Parish also have responsibility for services at St Cassian’s Chaddesley Corbett and St Mary’s Stone).
We aim to be a church where active followers of Jesus Christ worship God and live out His love in the world. Feel free to join us at one of our five regular Sunday services.
There are many groups running across the churches for people from toddler groups, to groups for teenagers and the elderly. Many people in the church are also part of small groups that meet every other week during term time.
If you have questions about Christianity, or are a new Christian, we would love to invite you to join the next Alpha course.
If you are thinking about getting married, or you or your child would like to be baptised, then please contact us.
