How do I find out about Baptism in St George’s Parish?
Come to St George’s Church at 7.00pm any Monday evening (except Bank Holidays) to talk to one of the clergy. If you’re making
contact for the first time, welcome. You can also email or telephone the parish office.
Ask any questions you have. . . What about Godparents? I’m not married, can I still have a christening? My partner’s Catholic, does that matter?
How much does it cost?
There is no fee for a baptism.
Preparation
We will meet with you to discuss how baptism may be appropriate for you and to help those to be baptised to prepare for this important step in the life of Christians.
